I know I've seen some ideas on the subject here before but couldn't locate it. When making a left hand turn I've noticed a rumble/shake noise. Drives normal straight and while turning right. Jacked up the truck and could not find anything rubbing or loose. Checked power steering fluid level, all's well. Truck is an '04 F-250 FX4, 6.0. Thanks in advance.
My 01 has just started doing the same thing, or at i least i just recently noticed. Only does it when turning left, not right. And will not do it if going slow like in a parking lot and pulling into a parking spot, it wont do it. But get just a lil bit of speed (10mph?) and turn the street corner and it makes the noise, but only left hand turns.
I have bee chasing noises recently, addressed the "clunks" recently, changed sway bar bushings two weeks ago, and ball joints this past weekend. Clunks-B-Gone. I inspected all connections as you did and cannot find anything rubbing or loose. Changed bearings two years ago, but do have 50,000 on them now, but they looked good when i had em off this past weekend.
What do you guys think about maybe track bar joints/bushings being the culprit? Hell, ive just about changed the whole front end now, why not that too?
