04 explorer low idle

04 explorer with a low idle just finish tune up and still the same how can i adjust an electronic throttle.

Does it stall after accelerating and throttle is released, (do this test while in park) Does the idle surge while idling? If so it sounds like the IAC.

To more directly answer your question, you can't adjust the idle on an electronically controlled engine. You must find the cause of the low idle. Have you checked for computer codes.

Can you quantify "low idle"? What is the engine speed with the truck in Drive and foot on the brake? What is the engine speed with the transmission in Park? Which engine does your Explorer have? The V8 (not sure about the V6) is throttle by wire which it sounds like yours has. There is no adjustment and there is no IAC.
