04 Explorer Fuel Filter Location

Would like to know where the fuel filter is located on the 04 Explorer with 4.0 engine and if it easily owner serviced.

The way things are going now, that bad boy is very likely in the fuel tank.

Knowing that, you decide what "easily owner serviced" is!
