If you are talking about an injector pump, yes they will interchange. You might have to turn the fuel screw up for the turbo one though.

Yes, he most likely is. from what I understand, the early IDI's didn't come with the fuel screw but 92 and later did. If the pumps year is after 92(?), they should have a fuel screw on them. If you put one on the turbo engine, turning up the fuel screw is recommended to get the proper fuel/air ratio.

Yes I was refering to the screw under the triangle plate on the pump. Te external screw is refured to as the torque screw I believe.

i do believe the 89-90 listing they have do have the torque screw. its under a red cover right above the lines where they connect isn't it? i know mine has some red plastic looking cover right there over what i assume would be that screw. i haven't broke the plastic on it cause i don't plan on putting it in until either i rebuild the engine (could be awhile lol) or the current pump dies.

gumper you said you were from rayville??? im originally from richmond whats ur real name?

iirc every pump has an internal allen head fuel screw but only the 92+ has the external torque screw on them

no not all of them have the torque screw that they have listed i got mine and it dosent have which really doesnt matter that much to me. I dont believe that that is it under the red plastic cap it would be located about an inch up and to the left of that cap and have a yellow or red paint on it... if you look at wreckinball thread on his pump his has the torque screw on it
