Chipping
Buying a 99 f350 cc 6 speed need to know about chipping it. I want to be able to see the pyro boost ect on tuner but want a good 6 pos chip how does that work and where do I go to get it
still plays with trucks

I know they have the displays and tuners. I don't know if you can get a 6 ps chip and a display in one. call em, they'll walk you through it
Bill is one of the original 7.3 tuners. started in 96/97. he really understands these trucks with manual trannys. I've had 2 other tunes and Bill are by far the best for me!
that being said there are several good tuners available. all of them have their followers.

A standard 6-position chip is just that.... a chip. If you want to monitor boost, egt's, etc, you'll have to get something separate. Either a heads up display, or a set of gauges.
Like Barney said, there are options out there for a tuner that incorporates a display, and has tunes pre-loaded that you can switch. The drawback is that these are not switch-on-the-fly like a standard 6-position chip is.
