Oil in intercooler????

Oil in intercooler????
While changing the valve cover gasket on the passenger side the other day I had to remove the intercooler tubing. I noticed there was a fair amount of oil inside. Somebody mentioned maybe I need to rebuild the turbo? Any ideas?

I don't know if you can do a filter right on the CCV doghouse, most just flip the doghouse around and put a piece of tube up over the brake booster and vent to athmopsphere under the truck
