Need QUICK piston help!

Need QUICK piston help!
It seems that I need to go .030 over so I need some different pistons than the ones I bought. Would the pistons here work? I do not know the rod length or the c/l crank to deck. Would it be 6.605 and 10.43 inches respectively? And what is the deal with valve relief. Does that make a difference?
