Dash falling apart

Any time I do anything that involves removing the dash part that is around the instrument cluster, radio ac/heat it breaks a little more. I was trying to wire my seat heaters and at least two retaining clips and three positioning pieces fell out. These are not the first either. The area around the radio is about to have a large holrRight now the only thing holding it in place are the wires for the switches.

How expensive is a replacement? Are there any options to a new Ford replacement? I would think anything from a parts yard will be in the same shape.

I have a very nice one if this is what you are talking about:

the 4x4 switchplate is promised to somebody else. Was asking $50, but feel free to make me an offer. I have had some people interested, but shipping is a little expensive due to size.

What color is it? Are all the tabs in good shape? What are the two holes next to the power port?

It is the brown color, goes with the tan interior, from a 2000 Excursion. I will look tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure all the tabs are there, maybe one missing.

The two holes are actually low profile round on-off switches. Previous owner had them hooked up to a TV monitor and something else. they look pretty good, almost factory.

I would still be using it but I went this route:

HI MAY I ASK WHERE YOU GOT YOUR STEERING WHEEL FROM??? IM LOOKING FOR A STEERING WHEEL FOR MY 2000 EXCURSION..MINES IS TURNING BLACK AND THE LEATHER IS STRETCHING AND GETTING LOOSE. MY INTERIOR IS TAN AS WELL... I LUV YOUR DASH ITS VERY NICE....
