Drivetrain bumps

I have an 04 F150 lariat, 4x4, Screw, 5.4L Auto with 117k miles. The problem is when I'm driving and I let off the gas and then give it gas there is a bump feel or like something is catching. It doesn't ever do it from a standing start and it doesn't always do it. The speed it does it is usually from around 35-65+ mph. I'm not sure if its the torque converter electronic lock up, something in the rearend, or something else like a loose mount. I never hear any noise either like metal banging or anything. I'm pretty sure it's due for some fluid changes like the trans, rear and transfer case also. Any help would be appreciated.

its your TC locking and unlocking to fast and it catches hard. mine has done this every now and then for like the last 50k miles but when i got my edge tuner i put the display on gear and it shows TC lock and unlock and that is how i seen what it was doing when it made the clunk sound, so i would not worry about it.
