Do you mean 3v swap and if it is use the search button. This has been asked before. Read those threads then what you have question about someone will chime in.

No, I'm pretty sure he's asking about the 4V Navigator engine.
It's a doable swap, and MUCH easier than the 3V. The 2V PCM will control the 4V engine no problem(just needs a custom tune), and most everything will just drop right in with minimal fuss.

So all i need is a complete 4V Navigator engine, just drop it in and get it in and get a custom tune? What years of the Navigator do i need to be looking for?

It's not just that simple, and there are things that will need to be done other than just "dropping it in", but that pretty much sums it up.
You'll need a '99-'03 4V 5.4L.

I didn't have time to look it up on the F150 forum but I had considered a 4.6 4v swap in my '99 F150. The advice I recall regarded the difference in Romeo and Windsor engines; you should check the VIN to get the same manufacturer to avoid changing the flex plate. The other issue was the PCM; consider getting the 4v PCM or a tuner (check with the tuner manufacturer to make sure things will work) and don't beat on it too much until you address the 2v PCM issue.

Best of luck,
