E40D questions
I just bought my first ford 96 f250 with 7.3 ps and auto tranny. The tranny was shot when I got the the truck. I had the tranny rebuilt with all heavy duty components and new solenoid body and new heavy duty torque converter. It works great but notice that the lock up converter sems to go in and out often is this normal? I just ordered a lock up switch to lower the lock up rpm. Will this help? It doen't seem to slip just goes back and forth allot. Any comments are welcome as I don't have the experience to fall back on. Thanks Kory
