No wait to start light and blowing 30amp in the fuse box after changing fuel filter?

Diesel I assume? Unplug your fuel bowl heater, replace the fuse and try that. only pic I can find right now, http://www.dieselorings.com/index.ph...cat=18&group=6

Might help to know what year, what engine, what fuse, what fuse box it's in, etc.

I'm sorry it a 1999 ford f-350 7.3 Diesel but after reading alittle more you rite i think its the fuel bowl heater. Thanks Guys

Sure, its a common issue, and many including myself just leave it disconnected, unless your above the arctic circle. Lol
