newb lifter question

so i was looking at cam kits on summit, and i was wondering why 2 of the 12 lifters in the kit are different than the rest. heres an example of what im talking about:

COMP Cams CL66-237-4 - COMP Cams High Energy Cam and Lifter Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com

sorry to sound like a total newb. its just something ive been curious about.

The 10 in the middle are showing the bottom side (upside down) while the 2 on the sides are showing the top.

No biggie.

BEWARE: The pictures might not be representative of the actual parts in the kit. Some pictures showing cam kits for the 300 show a timing chain set. The 300 does not have a timing chain.

That one actually looks like it's for a 300.
Same end. 12 lobes with a 13th for the mechanical fuel pump.

But yeah, a lot of pictures are generic, especially ones that show a timing chain.
