Does anyone make a polished billet grille that either incorporates the Ford logo, or has the cutout for one? I like the billet look, but Ive seen some rigs with them, and the Ford oval. I have yet to find a manufacturer that does (Putco makes some, but they just bolt over the existing grille, and I cant imagine that looking too sharp).
I have a Putco virtual grille. I love the look of the larger tube stainless steel. It also required no cutting of the grille. You cannot see any of the stock grille underneath. If I had to get another one, I would still get the Putco. Looks great. If you search through some of the Super Duty galleries you'll find a bunch of trucks with them on. I know Godzilla has one and has a nice pic in his gallery of it.
Ford makes their own stainless-steel billett grille that goes right over the existing unit. The cutout is there for the center emblem, and it's easy to install. Retails for about $180, and any Ford dealer can get you one.

Wow, really? Do you know this from experience? I thought Ford left stuff like that for the aftermarket to deal with. 180? DAMN. I can buy a polished stull for 106 (but, of course, no logo hole). Thanks for the response, Ill have to stop in the local dealership soon, and chew the parts managers ear off.
My wife has one of the Ford Billet grills with the emblem cutout that came with the truck when we bought it and I have to say it looks better than most of the inserts I've seen. We've had great responses from a lot of people on the look and they've wondered where we got it from. In fact I think I'm going to look into getting one for my supercrew!

What truck does your wife drive? Is it the 92-96 front end? No one makes one for this, and I just want to be sure before I drive 25 miles to the local Ford dealership. Thanks
Rich,
The wife drives a 2003. I don't know if the grill will fit the older style fronts. If you call the Ford dealership ahead of time, they should know if it'll fit. Also, you can go to the ford website here for the part # and picture of the grill:
