My 1953 f350 has some giant tires 325 50 r20 (13 inches wide, around 33 inches tall I think). I had to cut into the box and I haven't put any tubs in yet. A guy who was sitting in a group of old car owners in a grocery store parking lot told me I could use trailer fenders for tubs. My step dad has a bunch of old trailers kicking around, I might give this idea a shot. Here's a YouTube link to a guy who has done this procedure...
