Front End vibration
Hey guys long time no chat. I am in need of some help. I have a 2002 F250 Diesel. 6.5" Lift w/35"s. Agr Hydro assist stearing. When I am in 2 wheel drive it runs perfect!!! 90 miles an hour no vibration. When I lock my Warn hubs and then switch it to 4hi the four whell drive is perfect until I drive it for 5 minutes or so and then the vibration starts. The vibration feels like I am driving on the rumble strip of the express way. The more I drive the worse it gets. I have to back out of the accelerator to calm it down. This is at all speeds. I will then switch it to 2HI to make it stop and it will still vibrate but not as bad. It is when the hubs are locked when I get this vibration. The front drive u-joints are original except for the front one which I had put in just to see if it would help. Rear drive is dialed in balance perfect. Ball joints and front ujoints are all good according to one very good mechanic. Please help!!!
