Im looking for a left hand window regulator for my 61 F 100. Id like to find a good used OEM part that is still in working order. The only regulators Ive found on LMC Dennis Carpenter and ebay were pricey chineses inferior quality regulators. My local salvage yards do not stock older vehicles anymore. If you have one of these to sell let me know. Thanks
I think both mine are good but will check tomorrow when it's light if interested. Got lots of CC trim and a shinny grill for any interested.
If the LH regulator is in good condition and at a reasonable price Id be interested. If someone can give me a ball park number how many 1961 f 100 4x4s were built please let me know.

My '61 is a long box stepside with a 292cid. I'll put a picture of it as my avitar.
I'm sure he means flareside; we try not to speak GM in this forum
You guys are all wrong, Ford never made a flareside in 1961. Ford didn't start calling there stepsides, flaresides, until in early '90's. Still not convinced, pickup any parts catalog, sevice manual, or a brochure for the older Fords, and you will not see the term, flareside, but you will see the term stepside. I rest my case.

DCP,
I think you are mistaken. I am looking at the 1964-72 Ford Master Parts and Accessories Manual, Body Parts Alpha Index and it clearly differentiates between "flareside" and "styleside" models. I am no expert, but I think 1964 came before 1990 Maybe the NumberDummy will chime in and set us all straight...he IS an expert.

I've worked in a bodyshop for 10 years, plus I was raise in Ford Family with member that have worked for Ford. So, I don't need a NumberDummy to tell me what a stepside is. Ford stared using the term flairside in '92 or' 93. Very dsappointed, you guys must be from the chevy side because you don't know sh** about Fords.
I was partially wrong. Ford started making the flairside in the '50's and the flairside and the stepside are two differant boxes. So, this is right from Ford 2 minutes ago. A flaired fender box that has steps is still called a stepside, like my truck. A flairside has a flaired wheel well, but has no steps. Ford still makes both styles of boxes today. This information came straight from Spradley-Barr Ford.
