installed "new" tunes
hey guys...
i finally got my chip back from PHP...with the winter we(NEPA) and down there in GA it took a little long. They were great help and unfortunately they had a large snow storm and lost power for almost a week. but it just installed it and it works good. it is a 3 position old style toggle. Had Cales tunes before(not disappointed with his in any way) just wanted to try something different. i noticed right away, i had black smoke with Cales extreme tune, and with PHPs there is no smoke. got 60 tow, 80DD and 120 race tunes. just ran it down my lane and back a couple times...we still have a lot of ice and snow on the roads, so i couldnt give it a "real" test

I don't believe you'll be disappointed with Bill's tunes, I am very pleased with mine & great folks to deal with. Plan on a little higher fuel bill until you get the new worn off...lol. I still can't get trough a tank of fuel without putting it on the 120race for a little bit...just 'cause I can...lol

Yep, Jody from DP can tweek your tunes and update just like Bill at PHP and other tuners can, their called reburns. Come to think about it, I need some updating from..

Congrats! I noticed the same thing when I first switched to PHP tunes. very little smoke.
I've been very happy with Bill work, and the service is always top notch. I'm hoping to get up there this spring to spend a little play time on Bill's dyno!

The Ex I just bought has DP tunes that are 5 or 6 years old... you betcha I'll be getting them updated, and maybe 1 or 2 added.
