Yes, but there's a difference with that in that there is a small bleed oriface in that little block that let's a small amount of fuel through and back into the fuel tank.
It's purpose is to provide and escape route for any trapped air that ends up in the fuel rails.
Here's mine... I made it. It uses #5ORB fittings I think... the hose was just whatever the ID of the fittings were. Hard-line is better, though because after awhile, those crimps on the hose will leak or so I'm told.
Oh, and the oil is from my last blowout... the motor is now degreased to the point where I can stick my hand in there it it doesn't come out dirty!
Got my HPx from RR and installed it about two weeks ago now. Works great and the install was way easier than I thought. The instructions are great and I did not take the spider off. I would go SS my .02c
