My 1966 has a horn on the pass side and it works. The drivers side has no horn and looks like no place to put one EVER! Did some trucks only come woth one horn??? The pass side has a bracket with two bolts under the battery and the horn is in front of a big hole in the metal that the radirtor bolts to. On the driver side I got two dimples that are in the correct location for the two bolts and a wire that isnt attached to anything close to where the big hole is. Does anyone have a driver side horn & bracket that works and is for sale?
Don't quote me on this, but I think dual horns were an option. If you want to add one, you could just go buy a replacement horn from the parts house and bolt it in.
To test if the wire is actually a horn wire (without loosing your hearing ) Unplug the other horn, and use a test light. Have a friend, significant other, or get creative with a board and see if you have 12v on the wire when the horn button is pressed. (now reconnect the other horn)
