2003 6.0 will not start
One thing to keep in mind is that the FICM can be bad even if the voltage readings are in range. Not saying this is your issue, but it is just an unfortunate fact.
I would be thinking about the high pressure oil system as a culprit also. You will either need to do the air leak test or get diagnostic equipment (like an AutoEnginuity).
Did you read the thread that I provided as a link in post #2?
did the pressure test and have air coming out of the drivers side valve cover (the tube that goes up to the air intake). I reconnected the wiring harness to the high pressure relief valve, turned on the power and the air still comes out. Not sure yet what this means for repair.
the cable from the battery to battery shows about 9 Ohms,
also I have been reading error codes with a Super Chip 1704 tuner.
