Power seats

I have a 99 f250 super duty and i have upgaded my bench seats to some nice power seats out of an 07 or newer super duty. The passenger side seat is easy. I found that the grey wire with red line is the positive and the black is the ground. I tried the same thing on the driver side and no luck. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? any help would be great.

I seem to remember there was a hot all the time wire and a hot with the key on wire. I don't have my schematics with me.

Are you saying that I need two positive lines to the seat, One being constant and one being ignition?

I'm still trying to figure this thing out. Someone has to know the answere or be able to tell me where to look for the right answere. I tried the local stealership, but no luck.
