Cab Visor Fit

Hey guys, on a recent trip to my favorite scrap yard I saw an OBS F-150 with a cab visor on it (you know the ones with the clearance lights built into them). My question and it should be a quick one, is this. It was on a, I'm guessing here 89 or so truck and mine is a '96. I am under the understanding that the cabs are all the same from '87 to '96. Is this correct? I just want to make sure it will fit before I make them an offer on it.

Yes, it will fit.....The only differences from the 87-91 and the 92-96 models are=

Front fenders
Front Bumpers
Headlights
Hood
Grille

And on the inside-

Dashboard
Door panels-But they will interchange with 92-96 model

As far as the cabs, from the point where the front of the door and the rear of the fenders meet is the same bodywise to the rear bumper.....As said before its just the front clip....The Cab its' self is the same...So your visor will definantly work.....

Yes. the 80-96 F150, 80-97 F250-F800, and bronco all use the same Lund visor # 12159 for non lighted and # 12040 for the lighted ones(moon visor)

Lund no longer makes these visors so finding new ones is quite tough

That confirms my suspicion. This visor isn't new by any means, but then again, neither is the truck it would be going on!

Thanks guys.

I just wanted to update the post. I was wrong. The bronco is a different part due to the higher roof line
