Yah, but at least you'll be able to see where you're going as you gain speed.

i did talk with a ROC investigator yesterday, he said not to worry...

i did call the guy back and told him to file his griveance so we could get to the bottom of this.

somebody may be using my info if so and i can catch them, he will pay big time. the ROC said its a felony.

Bill,
What is ROC? Yea, I would think using somebody else Contractor info is a felony. I had a California General Contractors license, because I did a bunch of work in Mid Town Sacramento when people were buying up the older homes there & fixing them up. That area turned into a real high rent area in the late 80s early 90s. I had a lady friend in the Sierra Foothills so I decided to work over there for a year or so. It seemed every week the Contractors Board was making arrests for one thing or another. mainly working without a license. But they came down to my job sight once & wanted to see my license. They were hooking people up & hauling them in.
Well I'm glad you are able to get to the core of it. Best Wishes dealing with this. This kind of stuff is never fun. But maybe you can get the repaint on that guys house even if it is in Phoenix. Some good seems to always come out of these things if we deal with them correctly keep our heads up, & stay positive.

Thanks Joe. Arizona has so many different names for their State Depts. Living most of my life in Nevada they use pretty much the same as Kalifornia. I figured it had something to do with contracting. I knew Bill was a licensed painter.

I revel in Arizona's differences to other states.

Joe, who has lived or worked in more than a few.

I'm with you on that. One thing that has always been an attraction for me with Arizona is its difference from other States. My wife & I grew up in Nevada when it was a moderate State that leaned toward being pretty conservative. Even the Democrats from Nevada in the old days were much more conservative than most of their time.
Arizona reminds me of Texas, more a Republic than State.
Nevada in the last 10+ years has become almost if not as Liberal as Kalifornia. I hated it. My family started vacationing in Arizona in the 50s so I have seen some of the growth but it sure seems from talking with native Arizonan's that the politics hasn't been influenced or changed by the growth. Something that turned Nevada into a liberal State. I have been told the old families still have there fingers in the politics in the different parts of this State.
I grew up in a Barry Goldwater house. My parents really liked Goldwater.
We are so happy to be here. Arizona & its politics fits us very well. Jan Brewer is the best. I think I have mentioned this before but she spent the first ten years of her life in Hawthorne NV were I grew up.

A'yup. Orygun seems to be going the same way. I remember when Kalifornia was at least moderate, if not quite conservative. Many of the very rural parts still are.

I've still got my "If I were 21 I'd vote for Barry" campaign button from 1964.
