Sorry to see you are still having issues with the Phazer Dave. Sounds like something simple, just need to find what it is. I'd guess it is either a clogged filter in the tank or a pinched line somewhere. I wouldn't think it would run good for 10 miles and then start having issues if it were the fuel pump.
Good to see you found a track Jay, hope you can get your shock repaired or find a different one at a good price.
I decided it was finally time to change the chain case oil in our sleds. Started with mine, decided to remove the cover and inspect the internals. Good thing I did, there were 3 broken links in the chain. So, 1 new chain later(Thanks Tom!!) it is good to go. Oh yeah, don't forget to install the drain plug before you add new oil
Then to the XLT, everything looked good in the chain case so it it just got cleaned up and refilled. Removed the carbs again, I believe for the 4th or 5th time and installed new needle/seats. Also rebuilt the fuel pump. I now think the flooding the crankcase while sitting has been fixed, pretty sure it was the needles and not the fuel pump but for $5 it was worth rebuilding the pump too.
Good morning everyone. Again, I got behind and haven't read back.
Jay, it sounds like good news came in about Lynne and Mike. I'm glad to hear that and hope they both recover quickly.
Kathy, really? A Cowboys fan? Nemesis. LOL
Redskins/Ravens fan here. Definitely pulling for the Packers today. Immensely glad that Jerry Jones plans to have his team play in the Super Bowl at home fell apart back in the first couple weeks of the season.
Mike didn't mind running to Rush City at all. Glad to help.....
For that matter if any of you guys needs anything this week, I can run and get parts for you since my schedule is kind of empty. Don't mind helping where I can....
Jay I sure hope you get it fixed, like to see you up there......
Dave does your fuel pump have a vacuum line like Mike's? If so maybe the line is cracked, just throwing out some possibilities........
Morning,afternoon...it's all relative from your point of view!!!! But good afternoon anyway. Rooting for my division, can't bring myself to root for the pack directly!
