Yes they are from the search I just did! Did you get the center caps also? Nice Looking wheel for sure!
Yup, I got the center caps too. They are not the Harley center caps but rather the standard shiny Ford ones. I just have to track down some lugnuts. I posted an ad on TCS about them but it nobody has any by Monday I'll buy a take-off set from E-Bay.
I got some of the stuff pulled off the sled to take the track out but I kind of ran out of motivation.
Also went to see Mike in the hospital. He is WAY improved from the last time there. Still a little off on some things but still much closer to normal. That was a relief.
I hate that motivation stuff, always seems to run out when you need it most.
Dave came over and we went snowmobiling. It was great, hard to see the trail, but nice out. Went about 30 miles than Dave's Phaser started acting up. We made it to Silver Lake and put in gas and it got a little better for a .5 mile than starving for fuel. We limped it to Winsted and my buddy Cory picked us up. Thanks for coming Dave and I hope it is the fuel pump.
Glad to hear that Lynn and Mike are doing good Jay.
So on the Phazer, it worked pretty good like Lee said until 30 miles in. The it would sputter out and not go over 20-30. We looked and the filter was dry, and it was slowly bubbling and filling as it sat. Then it would work good for a bit and start over again. Trailered it back and then got almost 10 miles on it just fine. Turned the screws out to 2 turns and it was better. But still not right. The filter being empty makes me think the pump isn't keeping up. We sit and the filter and bowls fill up and it goes for a bit.
Since you have that inline filter fish around inside the tank and see if there is a filter in there. If there is take it out. It may be clogged. And the best part...it's a free mod! Otherwise I would say the fuel pump needs to be rebuilt. What condition is the pulse line in?
