Hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what weight oil to use in front diff? I know that the rear takes 75-140 syn, but not sure about the front.

I actually just e-mailed guzzle the other day to ask him this same question, and he said ford is now suggesting the same 75-W140 for the front and back.
TYZ, thanks my 2003 manual says that the rear takes 75-140 but dose'nt say what the front is. I kinda thought it was the same but wasn't sure. Getting ready to put 4.88 gears in. And was trying to get everything I needed.

What engine do you have? I was thinking 4:56 or 4:88 when I lift it with 35's. I only have the 5.4 in mine, so I might need 4:88.
