2004 Wiper dead

Well I just had my 6.0L replaced by a good shop. I get it home and decided to flip on my wipers. They swept the windshield 2 time and died. No no responce from the wiper or washer. I know that on the same column switch are the turn siginals and headlight dimmer. All that works fine. I checked fuses 33 and 103. The fuses are fine. Perhaps it is a relay or the motor and pump (at the same time) or wiring (my favorite - NOT)?

Ideas?
