Check the fuel delivery. Is pressure in spec? Is volume in spec? Does the truck run good after it's starts and is warmed up to normal operating temp? The Seafoam might have damaged the IAC valve. Another thing to check for on the 302 and 351 SEFI engines is whether there is a vacuum leal between upper and lower plenum. If so, a new gasket is in order. On my old 95 5.8L when I had cold start issues, it turned out to be the IAC valve. I cleaned it with MAF and Throttle Body Cleaner and the problem was cured. I also had the same problem on my old 94 3.0L Taurus. Again, I cleaned the IAC valve and problem solved.
