Grrrr, vandalized last night.

My wife just called me at work to tell me the police just stopped by the house. Apparently there was a rash of vandalism in the neighborhood last night (who does this crap on a Wednesday night???) and someone slashed the tires on my truck. I'm going to pop home at lunch and check it out, make sure they didn't do anything else or take anything. What the heck is wrong with people?

Sorry, just needed to vent!

Vent all you need, I feel the same way. I can think of a few things I'd like to do to some of these people... my Mossberg 695 and a wood chipper comes to mind.

Its just the way that the world is these days.
Of all the stupidity, some of these crooks and vandals aren't very bright. One has tried to hotwire my dads (R.I.P.) old 74 chevy, that lacks a motor or trans. Slashed tired are a regular occurance.
The best defence is a electric fense all teh way around the 500 acre lot. Guard dogs, and loaded .308 semi to keep 'em away. Then, they still get in.

A friend of mine in Texas got tired of loosing his stereo x 3. He got #4 and epoxied treble hooks to the back side of it and installed it.

Two weeks later at 3:00 am he herd screaming in the parking lot
" he lived in an apartment"
He went to check on his ride and found a colored guy with his hand stuck under his dash. The guy was yelling call 911 after a few swift kicks to
his backside the cops showed up and called ems they got him out and took him to the hospital.
And my friend went to jail for setting boobie traps he got in a lot of trouble.

Your friend getting in trouble...That's just wrong. Maybe he should sue the guy for stealing it each time before.

Went by to have a look at lunch. Both drivers side tires slashed, but the passenger side is fine. The truck was unlocked, but they didn't take anything out of it. Not much of value anyway, some jumper cables, ratchet straps, etc.

The bed was all loaded up from my cleaning out of the shed last weekend. Amongst the junk headed to the dump, were 4 beers that has been sitting on my workbench for at least 6 years, through the heat of summer, and the cold of winter. The fools took those. I hope it made him/them sick as dogs

I went thru an ordeal of having tires slashed once. Turned out to be a bunch of 12-14 year old punks. When the cops caught them, they immediately released them to their "parents".......

They other guy should sue the crook for damages to his truck. Blood is now considered as a "Biohazzard"......

I won't say the death penalty is right, but I have yet to see it fail to end a criminal's career.........
Permenant yes. Right? Dunno, I'll discuss that when I meet my maker, and get back with you......

Some things that happen in this country make me sick. I cant believe your friend got into trouble. I would do the same thing if I was him.

I've never understood vandalism. Stealing...I understand that. You got something, they want it. Vandalism...nobody comes out ahead.

Those treble hooks weren't a boobie trap. They were needed to keep the wiring from hanging too low and getting caught in the pedals, thus causing a safety issue. His lawyer really should have pointed that out.

A guy around here sent someone through the woodchipper. It worked pretty well because it was winter and he let the body freeze. It didn't really even make much of a mess. He just pulled off the road and let the chips fall into the river. Not a bad idea, except for the doing it on the side of a road.

Back when I worked from 4 in the morning and I had to get up at 2 cause I lived an hour away from town. I caught 2 teenagers ready to steel my truck, it was a colder fall morning and I always got out 20 min before leaving to warm up my truck when it gets around the freezing point. So it was running outside, no lights anywhere around the house and only 1 on in the hallway, I just glanced outside and saw 2 kids running from the road heading for my truck, I always parked it beside my shed, so it was about 50ft. from the house. As soon as I saw 'em, I took the door and out I went after 'em, one of 'em had gotten in already, and the other got scared off when he saw me, anyways the one that got in wasn't able to find the gears and wasn't smart enough to lock the door, so I pulled him out.

I won't go into details, but lets just say he wasn't able to wipe his own *** after I got done with him!

Never heard from them after.
