I just wanted to let everyone know to beware as I bought rims for my dually from American Force, Big Dually Wheels and Rims -- Custom Dually Wheels For Big Trucks and within a few months the covers came off as they sent the wrong ones and I had to complain for months before I got the replacements and then out of the 4 2 of them rust within a month or 2 and when I called both the guy who answered and the owner were very rude, ignorant, disrespectful and unprofessional, I have even offered to pay for the replacements and the guy actually laughed on the phone stating that you must change them every year and that is how it is, stating replacement every year is normal. it is now a bit over a year and I am having too many problems discoloration, rust, not staying on, any suggestions as the call has now turned ugly considering they are not willing to work with me nor anyone else that I have tried to call them through. I highly recommend not to purchase from them or you will regret it, quoted price was not the price they charged me, as I said too many lies, do NOT say I didnt warn you.
could you be more specific? what product in particular did you order? what were you quoted vs. what u were charged? how about some pictures of your rims and damage?
American Force Wheels
Established in 2005, American Force Wheels is the industry leading custom wheel manufacturer of forged aluminum wheels for the 8 lug diesel community
aluminum is not supposed to rust, it may corrode but not rust. I was thinking of ordering some wheels form them, and I know the inner wheels for the rears for duallys are steel rims not aluminum, so of course those will rust, and should be painted or treated to protect them from road salt and harsh conditions.
The BBB is a joke. I had one single complaint from them a few years ago and they sent me a membership application so if I paid up I would have an "A" rating. The complaint was false and rescinded yet the BBB wouldn't remove it from their website because I wouldn't give them my money. A BBB rating is meaningless and they are a private company that makes it's money by scare tactics. They have no authority to do anything.
Did you register with this forum just to save all of us this terrible experience? There are 3 sides to every story.
yeah, i must admit my gut tells me this is not a legit customer of the company, more like a disgruntled ex-employee trying to bash his former employer. i wouldn't be too suprised if there were similar posts on other heavy duty truck forums
I have a friend who has the wheels on his dually and says he loves them? Doesn't mean much I guess, but they sure spend a ton in advertising. You would think they would be more responsive to a complaint than the above post would have you believe. I too am a little skeptical but will agree with the "three sides" of a story!
I think that this forum should not let people register and trash a business with their first post. This turns the forums into a tool for those people who like to engage in underhanded business practices. It waters down and weakens the information in this forum. I'm not against being critical of businesses, just not in the frist 60 seconds of your membership.
I agree 100%, American Force is a crap company that over charges for a inferior product.
First- I ordered a set of wheels for my 2017 F450 and was quoted 3-4 weeks to receive and it took them over 9 weeks to get them to me. I certainly would have picked something else if I knew it was going to be that long and they did not take a penny off for the wait time.
Second- The wheels arrived and the center caps were chrome when I ordered all black wheels.
third- they never mentioned I would need wheel adapters to make them fit, I would never buy wheels with adapters for many reasons. They stick out to much now and adapters are not as strong as direct bolt on and this is a work truck not a grocery getter.
Fourth- I ordered spike lug covers and they sent normal ones.
I also called multiple times and basically was told to F off. I would advise buying another brand if you are really looking for that top quality your truck deserves because these guys do not have there stuff together.
AND YES, I DID CREATE THIS ACCOUNT JUST TO AGREE WITH THIS MAN BECAUSE I CANT FIND ANYWHERE TO WRITE A REVIEW FOR THEM AND I AM TICKED OFF!

I ordered custom Fuel polished forged 22s for my 2018 f450 limited and they are very nice, no adaptors required, the rear tires in between have enough gap and on top of it all, the dish on the outer wheel is 14". No way i would ever spend 13k on wheels and tires for american force wheels but for the fuels i did and i am running Nitto Grapplers on them. My brother has american force wheels, 6 adaptors that are rusted and each adaptor weight 100lbs, thats an early grave for the axles and the transmission due to extra weight. When you hesr americsn forces... run.... they are like the knock off spinners that were around 13 years ago....
