Better take a good look into the up-pipe before going too far. On the newer Banks kit the up-pipe is very specific and is essentially the support for the turbo, and it aligns all the pipes and fittings, you'd want the right thing, although again that's for the newer setups I don't know how different it is on the older model.
I wouldn't spend much more than its going for without first pricing the up-pipe. If you have to spend 500$ just on the up-pipe then all the bits and pieces on the side it starts being less of a deal.
PS It's amazing how totally different the older kit is to the new. It doesn't look like it shares and of the same parts.
