ok good deal! thanks guys! Is it hard to get the tube off and clean it as well? I just dont want to tear anything up...

Would you guys try just cleaning the sensor and tube first and then if necessary go back and replace the sensor?

btw I had my EGR cooler and Oil cooler replace about 10k ago... I think I may go ahead and pull the valve and give it a good cleaning...

Definitely. Just follow the tube down to the front of the exhaust manifold and disconnect it. It'll be a little easier to get at if you take the air filter housing out of the way.

Ok good deal! I will hit that first thing tomorrow... It has started that surging crap at 40-50 mph... Do you think that is the problem?
