I'm yet to find a model that provides both....well, there is one Tubular Stainless Steel Truck Accessories The Rancher but I'm not too thrilled about possibly having to start "trimming" on a new truck to install it.
The Ranch Hand is a stellar product. I know one person that has a Rancher on his Tundra and have seen a few around town. I probably see 20 ranch hands a day though.

I'm pretty sure Ranch Hand can add the little euro light bars. I've seen them on one F150 only once though.

My vote is Ranch Hand.

I'm going with the bull bar. For me that works best. I need something to hold a couple of PIAA lights so I can see the moose down the road before I get there. Haven't bumped into anything in 32 years of driving in Alaska so (knock on wood) seems unlikely I'll need the extra "protection" of a bigger guard/bumper. If I do happen to hit one of them 1.5 ton moose my truck will be majorly traumatized regardless of what I have mounted up front, so prevention is the key for me. I can always use the tow hitch if I need to pull someone out of the ditch, done that plenty of times. I don't go four wheeling with my truck either, I drive a 4-wheeler or snowmobile if I want to go off-roading. So, a simple light holding bull bar that doesn't vibrate and looks nice is all I need.

If you're looking for a nice clean simple light bar, then N-Fab may be your ticket.

That is a nice looking light bar and four lights would be better than two... gonna have to think about this one...

They have a prerunner bar that is just small tubing, high quality, and it runs the length of the front bumper. A little bit more "protection", especially for your lights, but not enough to stop a moose. 3 lights on the prerunner and it doesn't look like it protrudes too far out the front of the truck.

Ranch Hand Sport Grille Guard

I would seriously consider Ranch Hand's Sport Grille Guard, since you don't want something heavy duty. It is relatively lightweight, has two light fixtures in the middle, and is made by arguably the best bumper company. The "legend" series only adds on 90 extra pounds, so the Sport option would only add on about 50-65 extra lbs.

The GG weighs 118 lbs for that model and the Sport series weighs 109 lbs. It really just drops the steal "Mesh" in the middle.

Murph, best bet would be to call Ranch Hand and ask them. The thread's been open for a while now and RH has really quick customer service.

no offense but there is only 1 bumper/grille guard that I like from ranch hand...
2010 Ford F150 Summit Bullnose Front Bumper#
I made one simular to this for my old jeep a number of years ago

everything else looks like they belong on the front of the repair trucks for the oil rigs in wyoming...very functional but I dont care for the looks of them...but if they could come up with a grille guard along the lines of the link I enclosed that would be more of what I'm looking for...and with ranch hand ,it looks like you loose your recovery points? hard to tell from the pics..
like I said no offence to anyone with one....diferant strokes for differant folks...

cant understand why most of these manufactuers can't come up with a way to keep the tow hooks...
there is a guy down the road that has a smitty built on his,I'm going to see if he'll let me look at how its anchor'd,and then see what I can do to retain my hooks..

if you look at my first post on this thread that is the grille guard i put on my truck. The tow hooks are removed, grille guard installed, and then the tow hooks bolt right back in the same spot with the factory bolts. as for the pics, i don't have any right now, but i'll try and remember to take a few tomorrow and post them.

you aren't hurting my feelings if you don't like the RH. The Summit series are made out of 12 gauge diamond plate and will weigh a few more lbs than the stock bumper. They will take a hit a lot better than a little bull bar iwth a skidplate (first link you posted)
