I'm looking to downsize my tires. I would like to keep with the all terrains and get something that is the same as stock which are LT265 70R 17. What size would i need? 33's or 35's?

Huh? If you want stock, you order stock size, which as you noted is 265-70-17. In most brands they will be between 31-32" diameter.
285/75/r17 = 33+/-
265/75/r17 = 31/32"
Others will chime against it but for an at tire I like the bfg at's. They are some what aggressive and look good. They have been on more than a few of my trucks and served well. I also like the good year at/s tires they are less agressive and a lot better on the road and in the wet and from the tires I have had wear very well. Now days I typically run a mud tire they are noisy but that noisy is worth it when you are in a sticky situation.

I have used BFG's on my older truck for yrs. I bought that truck in 98 and put some BFG AT's on it and just replaced them last yr, got almost a 100,000 miles out of em. Thats probably what i'm going to with just wanted to get close to the stock size thats suppose to be on there so it doesnt mess up the speedo cause thats what those 37's are doin now.
you can get devices and software to correct the spedo. currently i have the stock rugged trail ta tires on my truck from bfg. i wont lie im not crazy about them but with 61k on the truck they should hold up till at least 100k if i dont act like a juvenille.
Isn't it goint to look kinda funny with the lift and stock tires?
yea probably, I would like to find what i'm looking for and set it next to the truck to see what its going look like. I bought the truck like that last yr. I love how it looks. Those big **** tires are killing my fuel mileage.

I'm sure you already know this stuff, but a couple of comments just to pleasure myself...
Your lift is hurting your mileage at least as much as the tires. You may not be impressed with the mileage improvement if all you do is change the tires, and you won't like the look either.
Since you haven't corrected your speedometer, you have to do some extra math to calculate your mileage. Your truck is actually going more miles per gallon that the speedometer shows.
