Y-Block to Mustang T-5 adapter
Found this while on a hunt for something else... Looks to be an adapter that uses the Y-block bellhousing?

Just guessing, but I think some ford T-5s had the bellhousing cast on them....this adapter plate would go between that and the motor???? Fist one I've heard of though. Interesting....
