Mine was a Master Pro one year warranty. And sorry I was off on the cost a little- their website is showing it for $66.99 right now.
Have you considered going to the local junk yard? I know it can be a crap shoot as far as part quality but if you're money is tight then that would be the next most reasonable option.
Rock Auto has them ranging from $24.99 up to $101. You may want to check them out, but I agree with Conanski that the same IAC is used on a bunch of different vehicles from these model years.
Just got one from the the dealer for my 302, $84. I know that my 302 and 300 are closely identical except for the position of the electrical connector.
Both are '92's.
Edit: Woodys ride, I would check for frail, brittle vac. lines, may even have one broken. You may want to start with checking the throttle body for gunk buildup. Many other checks include, plugs, wires, even carbon on the contacts inside of the cap of the dizzy and the rotor itself.
Idle problems are usually associated with the vac. problems. But would check the butterflies in the throttlebody. Have you also checked for codes? The CEL doesn't necessarily need to be lit to indicate a problem.
well every thing has been cleaned in the throttle body couse i took it apart to put a throttle positioning sensor in it. and ive done a tune up on it and it is not trowing any codes so ive looked for vacum leaks before and never found anything

Yup, considered the junk yard, thats why I asked what year/engines used the same IAC
I have a 89 f150 with a 4.9. I know the iac is diffrent but I had some brand from O'Reillys and it was not very reliable. I bought a motorcraft and my truck runs like a champ now. Motorcraft is a little more but it is worth it. I got mine off of amazon.com and it was like $70 or $80.

+ 1 on using a more reliable part(motorcraft), for something like this, I would pay a little more too. If I can't find a good used one, I'll look for the cheapest(price) OEM. Kind of hard to surf junk yards this time of year in northern Wisconsin! Too much snow!
