What other years of tailgates will work on a '95 F-150?

Last week I bought a '95 F-150 XL 4x4 regular cab longbed with a 6 and manual trans. and only 98K miles. The tailgate is a little rough so I was going to cruise down to the local Pull-a-Part yard tomorrow and look for a better one. What other years will fit on a '95? Will one from an F-250 or 350 fit? Thanks....

87 to 96 F-150, F-250, F-350, and 97 F-250, F-350 tailgates are all the same.
the only difference will be trim and decal placements.

I have to admit that I've never been to your part of the state, Wesley.

I couldn't find a decent tailgate at the junkyard today but I did find several other smaller items that I needed. Those pull it yourself junkyards are great. They're very well organized, the prices are reasonable, and you can check out their entire inventory online. I just wish it wasn't 30 miles away but I guess you can't have everything....

There's only one in Louisville which is on Recovery Road off of Grade Lane. I don't need anything else right now but with two older Ford trucks it's only a matter of time before I'll need something. When I do I'll send you a PM and let you know....

Wow, nice a pick n pull with an online inventory??? The one I go to doesn't keep an inventory, if it's there- have at it, if it's not- try back again.

Before I left I knew that they had 34 F-150s and 250s from 1987-96. One had a perfect front seat with a fold-down armrest in the middle but it was red and my truck is blue. I thought all Pull-a-Part yards kept an online inventory....
