Ok I unplugged the ICP and tried to start it still no start. The codes I got from my superchip module are P0603 and P0381. I also cleaned the ICP with electrical cleaner and still nothing new.
Do a search for testing the GPR? You should have 12V on one side of the relay, then when activated when the key is on you should have 12V to the other side(big lugs) if you dont its likely your relay is bad. You could try "jumpering" the lugs with a screwdriver as well to see if it starts for you.
I know it was asked but, are you getting a "Wait to Start" light?
Not sure what you are seeing, mine is older than yours but you should have a light that says WAIT TO .START. It should come on at key on and stay on for several seconds. If its not on, then we got to start there. Most usual problem is the fuel bowl heater fuse. Not sure what the number is on your truck but its 30amp and somewhere around 100
Are you seeing this when you turn the key to on. If not check fuse #30 if blown pull plug on lower back side of fuel bowl (fuel bowl heater plug)and then replace the fuse.
I have all those lights except the wait to start . I dont recall ever seeing it.I'll have to look again tomorrow I have the charger on the batteries right now. Thanks Guys

'02's don't have wait to start lights.

Don't worry, the coil spring thingy is our version of the wait to start light.
Well, it looks like it's not the fuel bowl heater fuse or you wouldn't be seeing the symbol that does mean your gpr is being told to work. I guess you next step would be to make sure you fuel pump is running. Also make sure the little tin nut that holds the solenoid on the IPR is still in place. You can see it on the picture I posted earlier.
