yup just started getting them yesterday... i blamed it on the wife, lol said she got a virus. Well ill just let her think that for a while and wont tell her it was my site haha

run google chrome. its just about the best web browser out there. its free like firefox but with literally NO BS attatched to it. i haven't ever messed with the pop blocker settings so its set to whatever it comes with when you download it and have never gotten a single popup from FTE and matter of fact i don't think ive ever gotten an unwanted pop up ever. plus its just about the fastest loading web browser ive ever seen ive run IE and FF AOL and Google chrome

loading speed from fastest to slowest would be Google Chrome, Firefox, and lastly Internet Explorer and AOL

i would suggest giving chrome a try.
