I was finally feeling well enough to go and work on the truck. I decided to go ahead and finsh the rewire of the headlights. I all ready had the wires run just need to make all the connections. Figuring that doesn't take too long I was going to work on the alignment issue.
Was I wrong! Begining of Rant!! The previous owner had buggered up every possible bolt but add for good measure goober welds and destroyed the headlight buckets... *********. Rant over.
Ok for the good news. First I was able to remove the mess and found underneath the sheet metal is great. And I was able to save the outer ring and the ring that holds the light in. Also the springs look good.
This is what I think I need. Please feel free to add or subtract anything as your experience knows.
The clips the hold the nut for the bucket. 8
A complete headlight assembly starting with the bucket and the cradle for the light. 2
I also believe there is a gasket under the headlight bucket. 2
Does this sound about right??? This is my first F2 headlight dis-assembly
and it sure has been interesting. Oh and I would also say thank you to whoever invented the cutoff wheel.

PS: Advice please if anybody has a pair to part with or where you would go to buy the parts???
Thanks for the link. If possible I would prefer getting the parts from here as there is a much better feeling of trust dealing with fellow Ford trucker guys.
A couple of people have said they have what i need and I am waiting for the details.
