Today I changed the RH and LH radius arm bushings hoping that would eliminate the underneath rattle. Well after a very trying day and finally getting them changed, I went for a test drive and the rattle is still there. Don't feel it under my feet anymore but still a rattling/knocking. The left side arm bushing was pretty bad. It was hard and broke apart when I removed it.
But now what? What else will cause the knocking??? Any one have experience with this problem?
Is your F150 a 4 wheel drive? I have a '92 Bronco, with 4 wheel drive and I am getting a clunking noise during initial start or stop. The radius bushings look good. I had a radius bushing on my other '96 Bronco almost disintegrate and it really did not make any noise, i found it during an oil change. I am suspecting the axle bushing where it pivots in the chassis.
Good luck.
Have someone bounce the front of the truck by pushing the bumper up and down... while the truck is bouncing, take a look at your shock bushings. If they are moving where they mount to the truck, replace your shocks and the hardware used to mount them. (If you are going to replace the shocks... use Rancho)

Check your motor mounts. The shifting of the engne during a start or stop can make a broken mount clunk.
