Anybody know where I can find a socket for the hub nut on a 10.25" full floating rear axle. Parts and tools guys have been zero help. Traveled 90 miles to pick up the one suggested and it was wrong. If you know a store or brand and part # let me know.
Isn't that the one with 6 holes in the nut? They seem to be pretty common around here. Don't know where I got mine from, but I'm pretty sure I see them all the time in parts stores and retail chains.
Nope, and that is the problem. It has 4 lugs and has a center lug as well. Found a manufacturer (Lisle) but no source to purchase it yet. I think I found one at OTC as well, ordered it, guess I'll find out. The six lug is for front hubs.
OTC makes Rotunda Tools, which is the OE special service tools for Ford. You can get them to send you a catalog. It has EVERYTHING. They are a little pricey though.
