Need some mass air flow information

I need some flow information on a mass air meter. I pulled it off a 5.0l Mountaineer, unsure what year, but the part number is F57F-12B579-CA. I need to know what the output voltage is at different flow rates, if anyone could help me on this it would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Boy I looked all over for that, in the shop manual and wiring diagram. Four pin connection would be maybe '98' earlier. My 2000 is a six pin. Even the 4.0L used that same part number (that's the standard number). Should be a couple more numbers below that one.

I know of a shop in the town I live in that has a flow bench, maybe I could talk to the guy and have him figure out the voltages for me. I just didn't want to have to spend a lot on it. Are there any websites that would maybe have information on similar mass air meters? I am putting a mass air meter on my 300 I6 Megasquirt setup just to see how it likes it, just happened to have this one around. The year of the part would be 95, hence the part number "F5"7F. I shoulda realized that before, lol. The mass air meter is a 4 pin type.

Do a Google search and you will see that that MAF was used for the 3.0,4.0 and the 5.0. The "F5" does only narrow it down to when it was first used. Ford used the C8-XX-6200 connecting rod (SBF) into the very late '80's". Wish I knew of a place with the air flow vs voltage, not a normal thing I run across. Good luck and sounds like a unique motor you are building.

Finally found a mass air meter for a 300 I6 on eBay, I'll just use my EEC-V mass air ECU I acquired awhile ago. Need to make up a harness which won't be too difficult. The mass air 300's were sequential injection anyway, which should get me better mileage, more precise fuel metering and no puddling of gas at the valves.

I'll keep digging. I did find in the "Reference Values" section of the 1998 FSM for the 3.0L V6 the following information:

KOEO - 0 DCV
Hot idle - 0.6-0.9 DCV
30MPH - 1-1.5 DCV
55 MPH - 1.1-2.0 DCV

Here's what the same sections lists for engine RPMs at the same ranges:
KOEO - 0 RPM (1st gear)
Hot idle - 760-850 RPM (1st gear)
30 MPH - 1440-1625 RPM (3rd gear, TCC = 42%)
55 MPH - 1830-1970 RPM (4th gear, TCC = 90-100%)

If the curve is linear, the following information from the same section and Excel or similar graphing tool should get you close to what you want to know:
Hot idle - 4-4.3 G/s
2500 RPM - 11-13 G/s

You'll just need to figure out what vehicle speed you're at at 2500 rpms in first gear I guess.
