Question on Mass air flow

On F150, what was the first year for Mass air flow and what was it for OBD2? From what I've read 95s started the MAS and 96 for OBD2. Does this mean a 95 F150 V8 was MAS but NOT OBD2?
I'm looking to buy a good old F150 and want Mass airflow and OBD2. thanks

Generally speaking:

94-95 OBD I in 150s

96 OBDII in 150s

I've been trying to acquire a 96 5.0 150 OBDII from an aunt & uncles estate since 09'.

This is a 94 MA 5.0

See mfg date:

Yea 96' F150s are mandated to be OBDII and will have MAF regardless of engine. For what you're looking for, you need a 96'.

Older than that is all EECIV (OBDI) and a mixed bag on when each engine went to MAF.

Thanks. I was pretty sure on 96 having mandated OBD2 and MAS, it was the 94-95 I was wondering about and thought maybe Ford switched some models to OBD2 before they were forced to.
