Little heat
I am posting this for my dad. He has a 2004 F150 with the 4.6 engine. He has been getting luke warm heat in the cab. Truck is not over heating at all. He had the thermostat replaced a few weeks back and that seemed to fix it for a little bit, but now its back to luke warm air again. He has it scheduled to go back to the mechanic, but I thought I would post on here and see if anyone had this happen to them and what the fi

Not vacuum actuated. The 04' and up have electric actuators. Could be the blend door actuator. Open the glove box and look up ontop of the heater housing. You wll see an actuator almostbehind the radio. Watch as you change the heat settings, the white piece sticking out of the actuator going into the heater housing should rotate and stop when u turn the selector ****. If it doesn't, it is more then likely bad.
