91 Bronco heating issue

I have a 91 Bronco, the temp gauge works fine and go to the middle when driving, very little heat when driving,(luke warm at best), but when just sitting nice and warm. Could this be the thermostat? has plenty of coolant

The radiator hoses should get pretty hot to the touch after absolute full warm up. If its still just "luke warm" after a long drive you might have a defective thermostat. It's possible that it is stuck open, allowing your engine to run too cool. The temp gauge isn't that great of gauge anyways, but a functioning one does seem to end up in the middle when temperatures are normal.

I'm having the same kind of issue, it's a new thermostat, New fan clutch, New water pump and it's been flushed. Both line to the core are nice an hot along with the top of the radiator hoes
