My only issues are that the doors make noise (wind and rattle a bit), but I have not done the door seal mod yet. That should fix the problem. My other issue is that there is a "clunk" under the drivers side when I am in a heard turn. I have put the truck on a lift and looked around, but can't find anything obvious.
mostly good, squeakiest door seals I've ever heard on a truck though! Also, fuel mileage dropping like a rock along with check engine light. dealer says something about knock sensor and waiting for head honchos from ford to give solution. also have wierd hesitation in second gear. still love the truck
this thread is NOT where people whine and complain about their vehicles. I owned a 2005 6.0 l engine that was serviced perfectively and it broke down consistently with many other people, including (stop me when you disagree) turbo charger, oil leaks (yes the bedpan leaked), oil pump, fuel control module [then blamed on the batteries] and the final breakdown 8 fuel injectors, spending alot of money to repair an unchipped, unlifted, unchanged less than 6 year, 80k miles truck. I feel I got ripped off by International! Now, in order to get back out on the road, spend $60K, (King Ranch owner).Thank you for letting me vent!
9520 miles, one oil change at 7000 miles when the oil change warning came on. 7.5 gallons of def added so far. One set of wipers replaced under warrenty, Sync issue with the Cellphone. Canceled the auto download of phone Book and the phone connects every time now.
Sirius renewal coming up 2 March. Waiting for the offer.

A little wine never hurt anyone! I started this thread just for people to note their problems with the 6.7 trucks. Reading the threads daily, you see things ranging from the "Hop" thread to door seal issues. Thought it would be good to have one place to report issues so people could have a place to look for them quickly.
From what I have seen reported a few times, the areas to watch are chrome issues on both the bumper and plastic grill, Rancho shocks that are defective, drag link replacements and wind noise. I'm sure there are others. But I have been watching my chrome closely this winter!
