I had bad Rancho shocks on front. Dealer replaced. Front passenger window switch bad - dealer replaced.

i don't remember my build date but it was delivered Nov. 24
The bubbling is happening on the two large cross bars in the middle of the grill. Will try to post a pic in a little while.

Sounds like your truck is 2 to 3 weeks older than mine. Also explains why you were impacted by the recall.

I think you need to be a paid member to upload them from your PC. I use a hosting site (photobucket.com) and use the direct link. If you are not familiar with the command, it is "". Just need to get rid of the "".

Upload them to your FTE gallery, then do what Marauder92V stated.

Ya the body shop manager was very surprised to see how bad it was also and didn't offer any excuses. He took some pics and sent them to ford to get approval and two days later called me back and said ford would have one there by the end of the week

9200 miles and the only issue I have is an annoying rattle somewhere in the passenger side rear panels.

So the next question is, how did that bumper get past quality control at KTP?
Even if it happened after, there had to have been a few signs it wasn't correct.
Maybe not...

It started out as a small for lack of a better word it looked like a run in the chrome. Kinda like in paint. It was on the far right side of the bottom grill bar. I first noticed it two days after taking the truck home. Wasn't that bad and i was willing to live with it but it gets worse every week. Its kinda like the chrome never bonded to the plastic grill. May be it was just dirty before they applied it.
