Need Help with cam position sensor

I have a 97 F250 7.3 Diesel 4x4 truck. I had just got gas and was driving home when it just shut off while driving and started back up on its own. After it started back up it had no power. After finally getting it home it wont hardly crank if does acts like its only running on half a motor and will not stay running. My edge product comes up with the codes for cam position sensor and exhaust back pressure sensor. I replaced the cam position sensor no change and I do not know where the exhaust back pressure sensor is. I would appreciate any and all help!

What is the code numbers that are coming up?

This came up first on the Edge P0603-PCM processor Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error. Cleared it then it read P0470-Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction.
